About us

We fund the women already building.

Red Pakket is a small, deliberate fund for female founders with real traction and no patience for the traditional VC dance. We move money the way our founders move — quickly, honestly, and with the assumption that you know your business better than we do.

Our mission

More female founders in the world — funded, paid, and free to keep their company.

Most early funding asks female founders to give away the thing they've worked hardest for: ownership. We think that's backwards. The women we back have customers, revenue, and a clear sense of what the next chapter looks like. They don't need a board seat; they need capital that fits.

So we built an alternative. Loans, not equity. Honest terms. Repayment schedules that bend around real business cycles. And a network — operators, advisors, financial guidance — included with every brand we fund.

The founders

Two people. One thesis.

Co-founder

Rachel K Zhang

Rachel grew up watching her single mother build a life from scratch — a quiet, daily lesson in what female-led entrepreneurship actually looks like. That upbringing shaped everything that came after.

She's spent her career inside female founder communities, building rooms where women can be ambitious without apologising. She is co-founder of She Up Community, and her vision for Red Pakket is simple: more female founders in the world, with the capital to match their ambition.

Co-founder

Raghav

Raghav is the financial and auditing brain of Red Pakket. His background spans entrepreneurship, audit, and the alternative financing models that are quietly reshaping how modern businesses raise money.

He's the one designing the loan structures, stress-testing the unit economics, and making sure every brand we back gets a financing plan that actually works for the way they grow — not the way a spreadsheet wishes they grew.

Building something real?

We'd love to hear about it.
